First National Real Estate 4th Friday Pairs – 25 November 2022
Today, we welcomed 40 players. We had 16 teams playing 2x4x2 pairs and due to a shortage of rinks 2 teams played a game of 4’s. All teams played 3 games of 8 ends. The weather was great and the greens, in great condition, ran fast.
Michael Buckley from First National Real Estate was able to join us today (as usual) and we extended him a big warm welcome. Michael gave us a market update on Real Estate in the Forest. We very much appreciate FNRE the forest sponsorship for today’s and the 2nd Friday of the month bowls.
Today’s jackpot was worth $120 and the lucky player was Lindsay Morris who received a bottle of wine, as Lindsay was unable to draw out 19 first rink number.
3 teams had 3 wins today.
Third Place winners with 3 wins and 14 end won was John Tomlinson and Ken Pride who each received a bottle of vintage wine.
Second place winners with 3 wins and 15 ends won was Lindsay Morris and Noel Brown and they shared $30.
First place winners with 3 wins and 17 ends won was Wayne Morris and Bob Leonard and they shared $70.
