Barrenjoey Smash Repairs Pairs – 3 Feb 2023
30 players enjoyed a pleasant, warm Friday at Club Belrose.
With one of our greens reopening, we were once again able to enjoy Friday pairs, with one game of triples, to accommodate all bowlers registered on the day. Thanks to Rowdy and Joey for their excellent job in bringing the greens back.
Our 3rd place getters were Richard Lewis and Lindsay Morris, with 2 game wins, 14 ends won and a margin of 12. The men each received a bottle of wine.
2nd place getters were Midori Matsuoka and Patricia Tan, also with 2 games won, 14 ends won, and a margin of 19. Midori and Pat shared $30.00.
Our overall winners were Carol and Trevor Whitehead, with 2 wins and winning 16 ends, and collecting prize money of $60.00.
Mike Evans was our lucky player, but didn’t manage to draw out his first game rink number. The jackpot will now definitely be won next week, so get your names down as soon as possible. Please add your name to the sheet in the bowls office foyer area, or call/text Friday mobile number on 0490503025.
