Barrenjoey Smash Repairs Pairs – 2nd Sept 2022
We had 28 players for our Friday games in “Spring like” – not – conditions. It was freezing cold and very windy – BUT – the rain held off for our play.
Lyn and Max Gray won the day, with 2 wins and ends won of 15. They shared the $60 prize money.
Coming in 2nd was Peter Nixon and David JP Smith, with 2 wins and ends won of 13.
3rd place getters were Alex Greig and Carl Walker with 1 win and 1 draw. They each selected a bottle of wine.
Our jackpot was $60 and the lucky player draw was Matt Brain. Matt was unable to pull out his lucky 9 rink, and received a bottle of wine, which he kindly donated to Kaye Alderton. Thanks, Matt.
Our usual raffle prizes were snapped up quickly, $20 club points, $20 Woolies voucher and 2 bottles of wine.
