Barrenjoey Smash Repairs Pairs – 2 Dec 2022

Barrenjoey Smash Repairs sponsored Pairs were held today. We had 44 player taking up all available rink space. The format was 2 games of 11 ends with winners v winners in game 2. 

There were some very close games with 5 teams winning both their games. It came down to ends won & margins to decide the overall results. 

Todays champions & winners of all that cash were Janice & Frank with 2 wins, 17 ends won & an overall margin of 26. 

Runners up were Peter & Kevin (also taking home some cash) – 2 wins, 17 ends won & margin of 24. 

Third place were Rody & John (received bottles of wine) – 2 wins, 15 ends won & margin of 25. 

The cash jackpot had reached $180 & the lucky player drawn was David who won a bottle of wine. He was unsuccessful with the cash rink draw. Next week the cash jackpot will $240 & has to be won.

We appreciate the support of all 44 who attend today. Next week the format will be 3 bowls pairs. Everyone is welcome to play.
