Barrenjoey Smash Repairs Pairs – 5 May 2023

A very pleasant and warm Friday saw 26 players on the Belrose greens. Numbers dictated a triples game, and thank you to those 6 players for their co operation in playing 2 games 11 ends against each other twice. Some weeks the numbers just don’t add up like we’d like them too, but in any case, the triples game had a win, so it all worked well.

Third prize this week went to one of the triples teams – Ross, new bowler Darrall, with Max as skip, with 1 win, and ends won 14. Each bowler received a bottle of wine.

Coming in second was Midori and Pat, with 2 wins and ends won of 12 – sharing the $30 prize money.

Our winners – with 2 wins and ends won of 13 – were David JP and Peter. The players shared the $60 prize money.

Congratulations to all players.

Lorraine was the lucky number 7 draw out, but she couldn’t match her rink number, so the pool jackpots for next week.
