Pennants Round 10 Wrap Up 2021

We’ve now made it to the end of the 2021 Pennant Sectional Rounds. The Bulls have had a pretty good run this year.

Grade 2 have struggled all season and will need go back to the drawing boards before next year.

The 5’s lost in a big match against Neutral Bay at Neutral Bay. The Neutral Bay Side pulled in some top guns for this last round to bolster their Side and the weather was wild. Although the Bulls had the Big Board for a lot of the match, they couldn’t hold it together when it mattered at the end. We wish the Pirates all the best for the play-offs.

Congratulations to the Grades 6 and 7, they are through to the Zone Play-offs (but we already knew that last week).

Grade 1 have been the stand-out Side and have also made it through to the State finals. They finished fourth on the Metro ladder behind the top three contenders – Cabramatta, Merrylands and St Johns Park. They are a proven top Side and have produced the goods – congrats to all the guys.

The Zone 9 play-offs will be at Belrose in two weeks and it should be a great weekend. Come on up to the Club if you can to enjoy the spectacle.
