Great start to 2022-23 Bowling Season for Belrose.

It’s been a great start to the 2022-23 bowling season for Club Belrose.

We began with wins in both the Zone 9 Pairs and Senior Pairs – Steve Gliddon and John Campton taking out the Zone 9 Pairs and John Venteman and Steve Ashdown taking out the Zone 9 Senior Pairs.

We then won the Zone 9 Triples, Senior Triples AND the Women’s Region 15 Triples play-offs – Steve Kerr, Steve Lowe and Steve Gliddon winning the Triples, John Venteman, Graham Hartmann and Steve Ashdown taking out the Senior Triples and Suzi Fischer, Julie Baker and Billie Maas winning the Women’s Region 15 play-off. The Women’s Region 15 comprises the North Shore Women’s District and the Manly Warringah Women’s District.

We also have Patricia Tan and John Campton winning through to the State Mixed Pairs play-offs and our Division 1 Men’s Pennant Side heading off to the State Finals having won the Zone flag.

Steve Gliddon will be playing in the Pennant Finals as well as two State Championships, likewise for John Campton, Steve Ashdown and John Venteman – what a standout performance!
