First National Real Estate 2nd Friday Pairs – 9 Feb 2024

It was an excellent afternoon today for our regular weekly Friday bowls. The format was 3 bowls pairs playing in a round robin of 3 games of 9 ends each. Due to playing numbers it was necessary to also play a game of 2 bowls triples over 3 sets of 9 ends each. 

Winners – 3 wins – Rod Roberts & Paul Stracey.

Runners Up – 2 1/2 wins – Rody Manning, Chris Siemsen & Max Turnbull.

Third – shared with two teams having 2 wins, 15 ends won & an overall margin of +7 – Ian Tink & Neil Mills and Carl Walker & Alex Grieg. 

Max Turnbull was the lucky player drawn with a chance to win the days $180 jackpot. Max was unsuccessful. The jackpot will increase to $240 next Friday & it will be won.
