Belrose Chemist Triples – 16 August 2024

32 bowlers played in perfect still wintry conditions. While 24 participated in 8 teams of Triples in a Winners/Losers 2 game contest of 11 games each, the remaining 8 played two games of pairs on a similar basis.

The best performance came from the Pairs team of Darrall Cutting and Richard Lewis with 13 ends in their two wins but with the overall winning margin of 9. They were closely followed by the Triples team of Barbara Samuel, Sue Evans and Mike Evans with the same number of ends but a lower margin of 6. The Third prize went to Doug Murphy, Bob Leonard and Graham Stewart.

The jackpot of $180 did not go off.
