1st Wednesday 2 Bowl Triples – 3 July 2024

Although the forecast was looking very grim, we managed to hold the monthly Belrose Country Club sponsored “2 Bowl Triples” tournament today. 

We were fortunate to have Paul (Sales Manager) on hand to present the prizes & also provide some information on the Belrose Country Club. Paul and his staff can provide expert advice and welcome any enquiry.

There was only one team who won all 3 games today. While four teams recorded 2 wins with the minor placings determined via count back. 

Club points and bottle of wine prizes with a total value of $425 were won by:

* Winners – Neil Watt, Jeff Wood & Bob Cunneen. (3 wins). Bob was also a winner last month & will be heavily handicapped in future!), 

* Runners Up – David Peart, David Smith & Peter Nixon (2 wins, 18 ends won),

* Second Runners Up – Kevin Keller, Peter Spray & Max Gray (2 wins, 17 ends won, overall margin +14). 

* More Runners Up (won nothing) – * Jan Keller, Julie Baker & John Fitzgerald (2 wins, 17 ends won with overall margin +5) and * Geoff Godfrey, Rody Manning & Ross Stevens (2 wins, 17 ends won, overall margin +4).

* The club points lucky draw winner was Geoff Godfrey.

* The raffle meat trays were again popular with 3 lucky winners.
