2024-25 Regional Singles Championships
We hosted all the Finals (State Men, State Women, Senior Men, Senior Women and Open Reserve) of our Regional Singles Championships at Belrose this weekend in excellent conditions. A good crowd of spectators was treated to some great bowling. It was great to see five finals all being played together on one green.
The Bulls had an outstanding day, taking out three of the Championships – Men’s State, Men’s Senior and Open Reserve.
It is worth noting that Matt previously won the Zone 9 State Singles Championship in 2013.

- State Women’s Champion Jane Gibson (Harbord) defeated Kay Mulhall (Lane Cove) 25 – 16
- State Men’s Champion Matt Blackburn (Belrose) defeated John Lloyd (Lane Cove) 25 – 3
- Senior Women’s Champion Annie Bowen (Manly) defeated Chris Gordon (Harbord) 25 – 22
- Senior Men’s Champion Steve Gliddon (Belrose) defeated Terry Warder (Harbord) 25 – 19
- Open Reserve Champion Jason Salatnay (Belrose) defeated Lucas Shankland (Harbord) 25 – 21
